Bolton started the season with a good 3-1 win over Premier League newboys Stoke but have since scored just one goal in three appearance.
While he has previously stated that he was sure the return of Johan Elmander would help the striking problems for the Trotters Megson now says he is disappointed with the lack of chances that are being created, regardless of who is up front.
"I am concerned. We haven't been creating enough,
"We don't get enough people in the box and we have spoken about it.
"We are always looking at the same people to go and get goals for us and whether it's purely and simply down to the quality we've got or the desire, I'm not too sure."
